Mr. Salah Nasr took over the reins as Chief Executive Officer of EEIC in February 2016, bringing with him a long legacy of rich experience and expertise. Strongly focused on growth, he has previously played a significant role in furthering EEIC’s diversification into new market sectors which he plans to continue in his new capacity. Thus, deepening the company’s capabilities to manage complex integrated solutions for Power and Automation, collaborating with leading technology partners and building EEIC’s value addition proposition remain his key objectives.
Previously, Mr. Salah Nasr was working with EEIC as the Commercial Operations Director overseeing Sales, Tendering, Projects Management, Automation and Technical Solutions, and Services.
Hitherto, Salah has also worked at Schneider Electric, in the role of Commercial Operations Director of the Oil, Gas & Petrochemicals business unit. He joined Schneider in 2001, as Key Accounts Manager, moving to the Oil & Gas Business Unit as Marketing Manager. Prior to that, he spent a decade at Crown Cork & Seal.
Salah holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran.
Mr. Ahmed Sherif is Industrial Operations Director at EEIC, responsible for Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Industrial Methods, Quality Control, and Planning.
He joined EEIC in 2008, after spending more than 20 years at Schneider Electric in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, latterly as Production and Quality Control Manager for the company’s Egyptian operations. He began his career as a Design & Tendering Engineer, taking over as Head of Tendering and then moving into Sales. He also held roles in the Corporate Purchasing and Supply Chain departments.
Ahmed holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Ain Shams University in Cairo.
Recently taking over his new position, Mr. Mohamed Tayel became the Commercial Operations Director for EEIC in August 2016. Since 2011 until now, he had been managing several functions in the company including marketing and sales as the Sales and Marketing Manager and tendering prior to that.
Mohamed worked previously at Schneider Electric KSA and Egypt and has extensive experience in Engineering, Project Management and Services.
Mr. Muhammad Abdul Rab has been Finance Manager at EEIC since 2011.
He joined EEIC from Al Rajhi Construction, where he was Financial Controller. He previously held finance and accountancy roles at UDL Distributors, Muller & Phipps, and Seven Seas Computers.
Muhammad graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Karachi. He holds an MBA from the Pakistan Institute of Management.
Eng. Samy Fouad joined EEIC in 2016 as the QHSE Manager, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Environmental , Health & safety and Laboratories management system, Lean manufacturing and industrial experience. Having worked previously as a QHSE Manager at reputed companies including Elswedy Electric, Electrolux and most recently, Al Jazierah, Eng. Samy is adept in the planning and execution of all aspects of Quality Management Systems and Health and Safety policies. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of El Minya in Egypt and followed it up with various certifications and trainings including a Higher Diploma in TQM from the American University in Cairo in 2005, a Six Sigma Green Belt and a Lean Manufacturing Professional Certification amongst many others.
